OVERVIEW

Oxford Dynamics needed to prove their credibility in defence. At a glance.

Oxford Dynamics were ready to move out of prototyping and into the market. But their brand hadn’t caught up with the advancements they had made technologically or commercially. They needed a brand to show what they were made of. They needed an agile, powerful brand. A brand Made For Mission.

STRATEGY

Innovative technology is a necessary start, but you need a brand that’s mission ready.

Oxford Dynamics needed to be seen as the intelligence layer connecting ground to sky. But the battlefield is crowded. The stakes are high, the trust is low. They needed to impart their core message with dynamism and impact: with OD Sovereign Technology you can outpace, outsmart and out-move the enemy.

So we set about defining how Oxford Dynamic showed up in the world. We started with a strategy sprint where we helped the internal team define who they were, what they stood for and what made them different. The expression of that purpose became their new brand line: Made for Mission.

THE IDEA

A unified look and feel; from the ground to the sky.

With a brand as precise and powerful as their equipment, we then created a distinct visual identity for Oxford Dynamics. We gave OD a distinct logo, font, distinct graded visual identity and a full website transformation – plus all matching branded powerpoint templates and brochure leaflets they needed.

THE EXECUTION

OUTSPACE. OUTSMART. OUTMOVE.

Our visual system brought bonds and investors together in a warm, clear and compelling brand film. We developed a visual system that coupled bond investors with the businesses they were investing in. We created landing pages, factsheets, static and social ads – all in a unified system ecosystem of assets celebrating the launch of the new bond and conveying the relevant details to each specific audience.  

IDENTITY

Adaptable, AI-enabled technology, with humans firmly in control.

We honed a coherent and distinctive concept, colour palette, visual system, motion system and social execution system. These worked alongside our distinctive re-articulation and re-expression of the brand.
