We spoke to agents, tour operators, and founders, and across the board, we heard one thing: passion. What PTS offers it’s customers is invaluable. But their real value is in helping people keep doing what they love.

These weren’t just business owners, they were adventurers, romantics and storytellers. The kind of people who believe in the transformative power of travel. What they needed from PTS wasn’t just structure. It was support, reassurance. And the permission to focus on the thing that made them get into the business in the first place.

This wasn’t a product story. It was a passion story.

‘For Travel’s Sake’ is a brand platform rooted in purpose and a platform that gives PTS an emotional spine. It reframed their offering as the thing that lets passion thrive. A reason to believe, and a reason to stay. We built a brand system with soul.

We used an illustrative travel style and confident, conversational copy. Our design choices didn’t just explain what PTS does, but why they do it. Everything from the logo to the language reflected a bold shift from back-office utility to front-of-house charm.

A brand rebuilt + reimagined by our team, then scaled by AI.

We rebuilt PTS’s digital presence from the ground up. Purpose-led journeys, simplified onboarding, and content that educates without being overwhelming. The launch landed at PTS’s first-ever industry event, where the brand identity took centre stage. A full creative suite extended across socials, decks, merch, and beyond.

With a beautiful illustrative design treatment, we set to maximise the output of the brand by training our very own AI to create hundreds of bespoke deliverables in our creative style, creating huge efficiencies in time and budget without compromising on creative quality.

PTS went from background player to front-foot brand. Since launch, PTS have more than doubled their sales and have seen a 140% increase in new customers p/m YOY. The campaign not only repositioned the business, it reignited its purpose and reminded travel sellers why they do what they do. For trust. For clarity. But above all, for travel’s sake.
